Geez, people take Yuzu hitting others with her paper fan way too seriously..
It’s not because I take it seriously, it’s because it’s an overused trope. To me, Yuzu is a combination of all the typical anime girl traits. If the paper fan is supposed to be funny then boy the writers are sure failing at that. There are others ways to make a character humorous and the paper fan hitting is one of the most typical (not to mention boring) ways to do it.
Like I said this is just me, others just find her fan hitting abusive but I can’t really speak for them since I don’t necessarily agree with that opinion.
